I think IDSA and Blue equity had some sort of a disagreement, the deal to have Blue Equity manage (or sell) the company fell apart, and the old man bought back the 125k shares they already owned to get rid of them.

This does not sound particularly positive to me, since most minority shareholders would not have minded Blue equity getting a nice payout, if they sell out the company for more than 5$/share.
