Anne:

Ledoux continues to work with the Johnson/Lett process. Naxos asked them to evaluate it. This implies deliberate scientific work that is by nature not reactive to anything else. Any professional scientific endeavor has multiple checks and rechecks that go into building a broad base of testing. Dr. Johnson worked with refractory ores for 17 years - it was only in 1997 that he made a breathrough. Time frames do not often fit our expectations (read wishes) . When I got into Naxos, I asked for a legitimate shot at something that could change the mining world in a dramatic way. Looking back over the last two years, Naxos has come a long way in building fundamentals. Everyone can apply their own evaluation to where we are today than where we were a year ago. I "PERSONALLY" (not speaking as a Naxos rep.) am excited about the progress that has taken place in just the last few months.

Insofar as information, rumors and suppositions - much of that abounds. Anyone will probably agree that it is difficult at best to project what will happen to Naxos' price within any given set of time. We have seen great volatility up and down - much of it based on expectations, fears or wishes. Looking at it from the price angle has driven some away from Naxos - they feel uncomfortable in this environment. In talking with long-term investors they have insulated themselves from this volatility by focusing on the fundamentals. Fundamentals often times are not reflected in the immediate or short term - they are longer range. Fundamentals do not revolve around inference - they are built by toil and vision.

Nobody has written this book before - hence there is no blueprint of previous knowledge. Knowledge is gained by experience. Some of the experiences that we have undergone would or could not be found or bought anyplace else. Accumulation of knowledge and experience is an absolute must in any growing corporation. I have never heard the phrase - "we never did it this way" at Naxos. I have heard the phrase - "sounds reasonable - let's go for it."

I hope that this has been helpful,

Kim W.
