Mike:

1. For starters, I was not aware of insiders holding two thirds of the company's common stock. This should be a sign of the things to come. I always knew that insiders held big, but didn't think it was to this level. These guy's beleive in the business model and of a bright future. Otherwise, they could have dumped most of it to the public.

2. As I told you earlier this morning, the head honcho of HP was on NBR last night. His commnets: "the strongest division or business line, right now, is the electronic measurment/testing." According to him, though not in exact words, lots of satelites and cell phone area are fueling demand. If that's not bulish I don't know what is. Don't forget the ORFR deal with HP.

3. With the two above, you buy and hold. If this baby goes down, buy some more.

If you keep trading in and out, in my opinion, you are going to lose out in the long run. I think $21 to $22 is fair value for the time being, till earnings at least.

Zead

P.s. Are the insiders restricted from selling for a time period, kindda like RMBS?

comments anyone!!!
