Why are they in high schools to begin with instead of a trade school? Dropping out to do what, work a job? Nope, go on welfare and commit to a life of crime. They should be angry, they didn't belong in high school trying to read Shakespeare when they are functionally illiterate and incapable of reading comprehension to begin with. Unfortunately Leftists lie and claim everybody is created equal which is complete nonsense holding out some false hope that these low IQ folks can be physicists and engineers and doctors. In reality they need to diverted to learn how to do labor intensive jobs that require little if any brain work.
