ARRS reached new high $18.06. The potential is the new design of roaming technology in the set-top box perhaps in X2 service. Roaming will be no encryption like 3/4g telco service. Android wifi phone has new dialer but no roaming capability yet. ARRS may have to use new software to lock on roaming service. Its the ultimate wifi phone technology.
