Hi Alighieri; Re: "Right...if you ask the man on the street you get 45%....what the hell does he know?"

I agree with you 100%. What the hell do you know???

But getting back to the poll, it was not one of "the man in the street". The middle column consists of people with expertise in "Meteorology and Atmospheric Science". Their figures were 61%, 57% and 35%.

You might take a quick look at the several studies that show that people who are skeptical on global warming alarmism tend to be better educated than the true believers and understand science better. If you can't google any, try looking at Watts. If you still can't find any, I'll give you the links.

By the way, Watts is probably a good portion of the reason your side lost control of the public debate. From Alexa, Watts crushes Skeptical Science. Watts is where most people (on both sides) go to get the latest information:

WattsUpWithThat.com
Global rank: #10,193
Percent traffic from searches: 3.60%
Time spent on site: 9:12
alexa.com

SkepticalScience.com
Global rank: #78,957
Percent traffic from searches: 30.80%
Time spent on site: 2:36
alexa.com

P.S. The above values from Nov 17, 2013. If you click on the links you'll get the latest, updated, numbers.
