Who is telling? SyQuest is. From their 11/12 press release, "Of the increased shares, approximately 32 million shares will be used to satisfy warrant commitments from prior financing rounds". Where I come from, 120+32 = 152 million shares committed.

P.S. Dale, thanks for explaining in my absence. I just got home from work about 45 minutes ago, so I couldn't respond in a timely manner. I certainly don't mind hearing someone say "prove it". I try to always back up my posts with confirmed data, or clearly state if it's only my opinion. I respect people who question messages that appear to be purely speculation or hype.
I mean, who can blame the guy for doubting? Without seeing the numbers in black and white, who would believe that SYQT has gone from 11 million shares committed to 152 million shares committed in a matter of months? |
