The clownish but very self-important Touré (who usually goes by only his first name) alleges that gerrymandering effects Senate races. Only those who like Turdé must have flunked sixth grade civics will be surprised to hear that Senators are elected by the whole state per the 17th Amendment. Their districts cannot be gerrymandered.
