This is not my position, and I do own DEPO.

I do not think so.
I view you as any other person posting on SI. Difference is that you do have significant knowledge in bt and ability for correct decision in investing. You and others can trade DEPO (or any other stock) ten times a day. It is nothing unethical in that.

I stated that, IMO, it will be healthy for DEPO stock price to hold current level and after tax-selling is done let investors, based on DEPO prosperity, bring (rise or decline) stock price to correct (market) value.
