Steve,
Thank for the information.I've been looking for a place to get back in but I have concerns regarding the cancellation of the 2nd offering. Looks like they need to raise money to complete contract. Market seems to sense they are having some difficulty.

I sold TIII to buy UQM because it looks strong near term. I will get back into TIII but I need to look into it a bit further. Any light you can shed on their situation is appreciated.
