I have seen no evidence that humans have successfully controlled their children, their penises, their money, their husbands, their wives, their dogs, the economy. Hell, we can't even control one river when it wants to jump the levees .....so no, I don't think there is any evidence that man can control climate change. Nor do I think that we necessarily should. Climate change is not only a natural state, it is a desirable state.
