LOL..... Roman's post sheds no light on anything other than his (and your) inability to accept reality or even understand what is going on. Obviously, the question of whether Uncle Sam gets first, second or third dibs on the sale proceeds is totally irrelevant for stockholders and the value of equity. The stockholders get no dibs.
