Zead, you don't know til it happens. But let say it will not happen even after the stock has gone up quite a bit above 30, then that will be a very bullish sign. If the insiders sell but only a small portion of their holding, that will be OK too because if you're in their shoe, you do want to take some money out to compensate for your hard work and to diversify elsewhere a little bit. But if they sell a major portion of their holding like in the case of APEX, that will not be a very pretty indication. We will know perhaps a month after December 17th (filing with SEC), or if sell volume goes up.
