There were at least three last year, Nice Systems (Israeli), Cognos and Jetform (both Canadian). Jetform is back this year, I'm not sure why. I don't think it matters too much as long as they trade on a US market. That is if you really want to invest in them. If you don't, it doesn't matter at all. Elbit Vision looks interesting to me, but I'm not ready to jump on any of them yet. Still enjoying THQI from last year, although I am also glad they are off the list this year.
