The $2.00 a minute is when you call tech support after hours 5:00 Pacific time. It is also stated in the manual and on the message given when you call tech support after hours. Today I called in time and was helped with pccillin installation and it is fine.
Check Point seems to have a problem with a glideboard keyboard. They
are checking into the compatibility and will call back. My mouse gets hung up and will not move. By the way, tech support is not toll free even during "regular working hours", but after hours , a 'live-one' costs.
