One thing is for sure Bill.......Whoever is shorting this must like playing with loaded guns.

Absolute percentage price increase on this stock year over year......has no bearing on Excites' preceived to be overvalued status by the shorts. One more blowout quarter like the last one and they'll go down in flames.

Right now on a market cap basis exite is number 3.

In users you'd have to add Seek+Lycos to get a higher number of users....and then not by much. In fact they are ahead of AOL, and 4th overall.

Of course Lyos is making a profit, with nearly half the Users.......but they aint growing! Growth costs money. Excites' purchase of WebCrawler from AOL.

For that measley profit of Lycos....the Market has them valued at nearly 80 Million in Market Cap.....less than Lycos. Lycos came in last month with just under 6 Million Users to Excites' over 11 Million.

And in addition they are trading 16cents to the $1....on a market cap basis to King Yahoo!

Shorts better cover.......before this Company does something stupid like send you on a one way trip to the poor house.

The way things are going for me on my other positions.......hitting 52 week highs....all time highs....ect...ect. I think I just might buy a Block or Two of these shares and teach those shorts a lesson in math.
