There you go willfully rebelling against scripture and God again. If you follow your bible it does not matter if your headman is born into that position or elected and it doesn't matter if your form of government is a theocracy like in ancient Israel a communist dictatorship a democracy or a constitutional republic. None of these things will have any bearing or consequence to what the bible outlines as to how you are to conduct yourself.

Romans 9:17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth."

Romans 13:1 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
