Puhrty,

Now I have to take some grievance with the manner in which you posted those comments.

For one thing, you are correct about the delisting process as we all know.

But you forgot that the list will be subject to several approval committees ultimately ending with the SEC themselves.

None of that is going to happen by the end of December.

As for company being required to get their financials out there for all to scrutinize, that goes without saying and is long overdue.
