It is true that I rewrote Say's treatise, not that that has any importance. Say's law merely states that supply should have priority. Enact policy that emphasizes supply and all economic factors come into equilibrium. On the other hand emphasize demand and no factors ever come into equilibrium. What does emphasize mean? Stop taxing creation. Instead, tax the output of imitation.

When a CB creates extra money demand for money will rise independently of interest rate. The rate of demand still is dependent on exogenous conditions.
