“I was not informed directly that the website would not be working,” The operative word here is "directly". What the hell does that mean. I suspect no one had the stones to tell him that it would not work meant it would be a complete disaster. IMO when they pulled the employer mandate they knew they had a disaster. When Baucus said it was going to be a train wreck they knew they had a disaster. IMO the reason Sebelius has not been fired is that she damn well told them what was coming.
