It is certainly not a disaster for the stock market. With rates being artificially kept so low, the stock market is the "new prudent" way of investing. Regrettably, it's neither - it's high risk. Besides, it's not clear why the bull market in stocks is evidence that the ACA was a good thing. What if we get another bear market - would that indicate that the ACA was a mistake?
