Hyperdynamics to Hold Annual Stockholders Meeting on December 5

Investor questions may be submitted in advance through Company's IR website

HOUSTON, Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperdynamics Corporation (NYSE: HDY) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, December 5, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. The meeting will be held in Houston at the Westin Galleria Hotel, 5060 West Alabama St.

Investors may now submit questions to be addressed during the operational update portion of the meeting through the Company's website, www.hyperdynamics.com, in the Investor Relations section under Events and Presentations. Questions should be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Monday, December 2.

The Annual Meeting will be webcast live beginning at 9:00 a.m. CT (10 a.m. ET) and will be available for later replay in the Investor Relations section of Hyperdynamics' website at www.hyperdynamics.com.

Investors attending in person are invited to a continental breakfast buffet before the meeting from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. CT.
