Except in this case the taxes paid by the 99% are going directly into the pockets of the 1%ers that can afford that car in the form of several thousands in tax breaks. Not to mention the "for profit" company itself is being given large sums of taxpayer money.

Buy a Ferrari - no tax breaks in fact there are several import taxes you must pay.
