The Founders did not envision an anti democratic US Senate where a determined minority could obstruct all nominations. The US Senate has been and still is our most undemocratic branch of Government. 40% representing 20% of the population can stop all legislative action. The founders did not envision this.

You boob! That is exactly what they envisioned....the Senate was intended to be a more deliberative body....it was intended to be distinguished from the House....it was envisioned to be another check on the growth of government and to slow down legislation....
