US EIA Petroleum Statistics — Crude stocks build as total imports
rise but East Coast imports reach new lows; USGC Refinery runs

Crude stocks built 375-k bbls (against an expected 412-k bbl build) to 388.5-m
bbls as imports rose 19-k b/d w/w to 7.9-m b/d and refinery utilization fell 0.1%
w/w to 88.6%. PADDs II & V accounted for most of the build yet PADD III stocks
drew 3.6-m bbls as refiners continued to return from maintenance; Refinery
throughput on the USGC rose 133-k b/d w/w to 8.1-m b/d as imports ticked up
126-k b/d w/w to 4.1-m b/d.
