Japan: "rose a whopping 220.2 percent in October from a year earlier" Tokyo stocks open lower: Tokyo stocks opened lower Wednesday with the Nikkei slipping 0.21 percent to 16,652. Meanwhile, the surplus in Japan's current account, the broadest measure of trade in goods and services, rose a whopping 220.2 percent in October from a year earlier to 1.08 trillion yen. Oh wow do I ever have a head ache!! Does anyone know if one wheelbarrow of yen equals a wallet full of dollars?
