What is the best program for a new computer Windows 8 or as someone here has PM's me to get Windows 7. What is the difference ? I want the easiest available. I only use the computer for stocks, e mailing, news and various interesting web sites.. No graphics nor displays or anything fancy. In fact the Cow said most of my computer with exception of pictures which he put on a flash drive for me dealt with web sites... Simple is best for me. I only learned a computer in my late sixties.
