JFK carried TX in 1960 and JFK was greeted by cheering crowds in Dallas the day the communist, Lee Harvey Oswald, killed him. BTW Oswald had joined the ACLU a few weeks before the assassination and visited the Cuban and Russian embassies in Mexico City two month earlier. As we know, JFK was a prolife, taxcutting anti-communist. He'd be kicked out of the Democratic party today.
