So I'm catching up on my reading and research this morning and came across this article.. seekingalpha.com About half way down it discusses FSYS.. And the second largest shareholder is Kevin Douglas. Yes.. the same guy who is the largest individual shareholder of both WPRT and QTWW.. This guy is positioning himself for a Big Payday in the CNG vehicle market.. Hawk
