Suggestions to SI:
Respect people who have been badgered and bullied on your sight for no other reason than having a contrary opinion to what Bill Wexler posts on his thread.
Honor your commitment to all participants, not the ones you believe garner the most new members.
Have the decency to suspend people who continually harass me for no other reason than I own Research Frontiers, Inc. a stock they call frequently, and I mean THOUSANDs of time a piece of shit.
If I am to be "shunned" by Ron for asking a perfectly legitimate question, what does that say about you.
Kevin Podsiadilik is either a pathetic hanger on to the "dogs" working to do their duty (part of which is to spend 15 years on the Yahoo board claiming SPD technology doesn't work, no companies are using it, the executives are criminals. Which they KNOW not to be true.
And HE is the one whose HONOR and REPUTATION has been attacked?

My PMs are polite and just to determine if this is the Mafia or some inflated egos. I believe the latter, but I need to be sure. Elgindy allegedly had his finger cut off by Russian Mafiosa, Do I think Kevin is one of these because he is Russian? Absolutely not. I think he is misguided and either a sychophant of "wexlers" and there are many.
But when I put up a post as I did here addressing a legimate issue that I thought might help, look at the response I got from someone I don't even know or have ever had a dialogue with.

To which I appropriately respond that we should not be discussing these issues on this thread. I want to know who's running the show, what the pertinent issues are and has anyone addressed the fiasco like Elgindy or the behavior of the "dogs" as I guess they prefer to call themselves. Them I can deal with. Asensio and his Mafia connections I will not. All I want to know is who is behind the threat. Is it they plan to sue me for somebody using Kevin Podsaidlik REFR initials KJPOD. They've created a persona with my name on the same site. So that can't be the threat. I've been a paralegal long enough to know the law on defamation and libel. So what is this "knock" on my door.
All I ask of you SI is to PM to me where I can send the supoena so I know that this is just some group of jerks who hate me and my stock.
Is that really breaking some new SI policy? I too do not want to inundate the TOU anymore. I just want that information. I don't know who represents you for these matters. I guess you want me to do the research on how you're incorporated or set up with the state and find the relevant information. I will do so.
I am posting this so it is on the record of just exactly transpired and my attempts to stop the harassment. If "bill wexler" feels harassed by seeing some site that has made a very complete investigation of his activities on this site, then he should answer the question regarding the organized shorting of my stock. Collusion is against regulations and yet here's what is being shouted out on StockTwits. I have never seen such flaunting of illegal activity on any other thread on Stockwits, taunting: par for the course, but this?
