Thankyou. Though, I am not satisfied with the manner in which the prospectus addresses the subscribership issue. Sure there are hundreds of millions of potential customers, but how many actually would want CD Radio? -- enough to pay for it? What is the critical mass of subscribers necessary for CD Radio to become viable? -- 1%, 10%, 25% of all commuters and truck drivers? Personally, I think the 10.5% preferred says it all. If this were such a great idea, why the usury rate? Oh, that and the fact they have only raised some 40% of the capital they will need by 2000, $266M of $645. Any idea from where the other $379 million shall come? In all fairness, I covered at 18 last week. I am looking to reenter, though. -Allan
