One need only look at the entire Congressional Black Caucus to see that it is normal situation where a Black affirmative action moron is seated in office under the perpetual affirmative action charade.
Clearly, there are not enough IQ points collectively among the entire Congressional Black Caucus (as well as among all leftist Black mayors and governors across the nation) to power a single low-watt light bulb. Gerrymandering, affirmative action, and all race-based laws were instrumental in the destruction of the United States of America.
