The Debtor's monthly operating report (MOR) for October (docket #2817) again shows a profit (although nominal). That's the fourth month in a row of profitable accrual basis operations.

It remains a mystery how the Debtor could be operating profitably (for example, with $32.2 million in October revenues) while simultaneously not meeting any of the obligations of its creditors (save those of the DIP lenders).
