An even better and more realistic cartoon would show Obama standing beside a sick White man who is lying on a gurney next to a freshly dug grave in a cemetery. The caption from Obama would read, "Good news, cracker! An Obamacare hospital bed just opened up for you," as he looks down into the grave with his typical $hit-eating ear-to-ear grin.
