Pretty disappointing transaction.... Troon has been sitting on the shelf for years and years and was supposed to be a "super" shell being groomed for a huge project..... Now it'll probably be halted for months on end and the whole tech bubble will have gone exponential and crashed again by the time it starts trading again..... kind of reminds me of the Dome Ventures fiasco which was a similar super tight super shell that ended up going through a similar process and in the end accomplishing f--k all....
