That article was a joke.
1) The Fed helps the banks recapitalize and in the process makes the banks and their executives rich, and somehow they think this benefits the 99%?
2) Stocks are mostly owned by the 1%, not the 99%. The 1% benefit disproportionately. Housing prices are way up mostly because big corporate interests have been bidding them up, along with rich foreign nationals. Houses are more unaffordable than ever for the 99% and then they are stuck with massive increases in rental prices. This simply does not benefit the 99%.
3) Low rates are killing savers. If the 99% have any savings at all, it's mostly in savings deposits, not in stocks. And Savings rates are basically zero percent, thanks to the Fed. This is crucifying the 99%. No help hear either.

That article you posted was just plain bullshit.
