Energy Weekly: Iran Deal is Obviously Bearish, but Many Questions
Remain — Winter Weather Puts a Bid into Gasoil but the Outlook is
Hardly Bullish...
25 November 2013 ¦ 14 pages ir.citi.com

The interim agreement between Iran and the US, in conjunction with the P5+1, is
a potential game-changer for the Middle East and for global oil and gas markets.
The key question is will that potential be achieved. The immediate impact on oil
markets looks small, with oil sanctions remaining in place, capping exports
pegged at 1 m-b/d. However, the pause in any further tightening of sanctions is a
bearish development.
