Not really because you can't borrow money at that zero interest rate <at ZERO interest rates all is possible> Even if you could do so, the term of the loan is less than infinite, and for all to be possible indefinite time is required. I would like to borrow $100 million right now, and for a term of only 15 years, so if you know of anyone lending at 0% in that amount for that long, please tell them to drop me a line.

Actually, I have a bigger project in mind too, so if they would lend me $1 trillion at 0% I could really make things happen. If they have $10 trillion, I'll take that as well.
