We'll be hearing about problems with ACA until the day it is repealed ... At the end, the law will be gone.
No it won't. I don't see any way that ObamaCare will be fully repealed.

They miiiiiight scale back a lot of the mandates, but certain provisions such as subsidies and pre-existing conditions will remain.

Health care is a right^H^H^H^H^Hentitlement.
