TEL AVIV, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- New Dimension Software (Nasdaq: DDDDF) and Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) today announced that they have signed a Cooperative Applications Initiative (CAI) agreement. This agreement is the most exclusive cooperative agreement offered by Oracle Corp., which to date has been signed with just 70 companies around the world.
The agreement calls for New Dimension Software to develop a new interface module allowing the company's CONTROL-M(R) enterprise production control and scheduling software to support the Oracle Applications ERP Solution, a suite of products that includes Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Financials and Oracle Human Resources, among others. Through the tight cooperation between the technical personnel at both companies, this interface will be developed as an integrated part of Oracle Applications, adhering to all technical standards. The decision to integrate CONTROL-M with the different Oracle Applications Modules was prompted by high demand from several customers of both Oracle and New Dimension Software.
