Paul, In a letter going out to Mr. Lau today that thanks him for talking with me, I have made the following comments for him to consider. 1) Buying back warrants to make stock available for acquisitions 2) When the price attains the $25-30 level, consider a stock split or stock dividend to increase the float I'm enclosing a copy of Mike's article. Your thoughts? Ron
