Bulba, I prefer 12/31 for the deadline and no extensions. I think much of our past problems is the uncertainty over the starting dates and once the rule is in place, contestants will adjust. If someone doesn't get their portfolio in on time, well, they can still contribute to the winner's charity, and they'll be better prepared for next year. But I'm a Marine, and will abide with whatever you declare. :-) Bob
