VUTK is ridiculously cheap here, esepcially compared with CTC Communications which has 4X the market cap. With Paul O'Brien at the helm (he's on the board of Shiva, Registry, and BankBoston), I think VUTK can grow at 35% internally and at much higher rates with accretive acquistions which are the cornerstone of the company's strategic plan. With the company earnings positive and growing EPS and revenues sequentially, it would seem that $.60 could be achievable for 1998 and $.85+ for 1999. This means the stock is currently trading at under 10X 1998 EPS. I think this stock will be very exciting once microcaps come back into favor. Is this a great entry point or am I missing something.---Terry
