It makes good business sense to follow in the coat tails than do it on your own. Its by far cheaper. Advertisers have done this since time began. Its called endorsements. Sports Stars and Nike, Sports Stars and Gatorade, Fergie and Weight Watchers, Movie Stars and Cars, etc.
You get the point?

Corel and ? = Success.

Let ? = Big Corporate executives endorsements.

If WP8 is good enough for a Billion Dollar Manufacturer then its great enough for Joe Businessman.

Computer Associates runs these types of ads in the Financial Post all the time. Small scale stuff.

What Corel needs is BIG TIME endorsements.
