I don't know whether or not takeover rumors are true, but even without a takeover this stock is a great buy. Grand Prix and Civ2 are already hits, but MOO2 and Magic have the potential to be even bigger hits. Also don't forget X-Com3 and Master of Magic to come out next year.
Another potential hit is Agents of Justice(AOJ), the first serious superhero game. There have been superhero games out before, but they are either comedy/adventure or action oriented games. AOJ looks great in the previews I've seen and if it's anything like the RPG Champions it will be another hit.

Of course the only setback could be in delayed releases of these games. I think MOO2 and Magic will come out by November. If AOJ also comes out and becomes a hit, LOOK OUT ABOVE!
