Here is the question I asked you....

Do you think everything in USA would be better if it were a WHITE dude in office who was making the exact same decisions as this black dude who is in office? Do you think that the 20% you speak of would be happy then as long as it is a WHITE dude in office?

Sounds like you are saying this is a racial problem rather than a governing problem?
