ANZ News Release sent over E_mail directly to me today follows.
Looks like Mr. Stewart also worked for my former employer of 30 years - Falconbridge.

This appointment has done nothing to boast stock value.

AS SENIOR ADVISOR

America Mineral Fields Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
Robert S. Stewart has been appointed senior advisor to the Company and will
join Jean-Raymond Boulle and Dr. Richard Garnett on the Advisory Board
recently established by the Company.
Mr. Stewart is a senior economist who has been directly involved in the
planning and implementation of major mining and infrastructure projects in
Africa for over 30 years. During that time he has consulted to and been
the senior representative of several major mining and engineering companies
in Africa, including, Falconbridge Nickel Mines of Canada Ltd.,
International Cobalt Corporation, Tangas A.G., Camgas A.G., Krupp Stahl
GmbH, and Bechtel International Inc.
Immediately prior to his appointment to the Company, Mr. Stewart was the
senior African adviser to Bechtel. In 1997 while with Bechtel, he was
directly involved in the creation of a draft reconstruction and development
plan for the Democratic Republic of Congo covering civil engineering,
mining, pipeline, petroleum and power projects.
The Company's President, Simon Brownlie, stated "Robert Stewart's extensive
project development experience in Africa makes him uniquely suited to
advise the Company on the development of its projects in the Democratic
Republic of Congo. We are extremely pleased to welcome Robert on board."
