QTR4 -97- will show a nonrecurring restructure charge for recent acquisition. QTR 1 -98- some loss but improving revenues QTR 2 -98- good chance of profitability and improving fundementals Projected revs- all '98 - $5-7 mil. I cannot divulge my source.
