Rich_1 on Dec 9 1997 3:23PM EST RMIL shareholders: Its about time to start thinking about nominating a RMIL shareholder to the board of directors. It is my understanding that there is currently 3 individuals from RMCW, 2 individuals from OVIS, and the 6th being the overseas investor. Since there needs to be an odd number to the board, I feel that Riley G should be a strong candidate among all us RMIL long shareholders to represent our interests. From what I know of Riley, I'm sure that he would be honored to take on this responsibility. If you are in agreement we as shareholders would need to send our request in to Gary and Roland. What do you think? Rich_1
