LHSPF Kurzweil unit sued by SoftQuad (NASDAQ:SWEBF) unit Alpha Software. newsalert.com The shareholders, however, consider this an alleged antitrust violation in re: restraint of trade, unfair competition re: Microsoft's investment in LHSPF and are under advisement to vigorously seek all legal recourse re: injunctive relief, unspecified damages, etc. including working with DOJ, Reback et al and Nader et al.
